Our regular brunch menu will be available, featuring guest favourites like the Eggs Benny with Canadian back bacon, the hearty Bison Game Hash, and our Brioche French Toast. These signature dishes remain at the heart of the experience, offering something familiar and satisfying for every palate.

For Easter, we’re adding a little indulgence with our Sweet Easter Ascent feature menu. This limited-time offering brings a chocolate twist to brunch with dishes like Chocolate Mini Eggs Pancakes, Belgian-style waffles topped with chocolate gelato and chocolate whipped cream, and a Mini Candied Apple Trio, featuring classic red candy, chocolate almond, and caramel, all gluten-free.
